Requirements of the Real Estate Paralegal Processor Job:
- Monitoring of work queues and follow up of documentation as aReal Estate Paralegal Processor
- Preparation of preliminary and final HUD statements
- Real Estate Paralegal Processor purchase transactions
- Quality review, preparation and delivery of loan closing documents
- Completing tax and payoff updates as required at time of scheduling
- Ensuring files are ready to close as outlined in our service level agreements with customers
- Completing transactional tasks as requested by customer
- Managing change requests from customer i.e. loan amount changes, new documents as aReal Estate Paralegal Processor
- The Real Estate Paralegal Processor will calculateall fees for transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Real Estate Paralegal Processor professional interaction with third party vendors including municipal tax collectors and lending institutions
- Raising any process or systemic issues accordingly as aReal Estate Paralegal Processor
- Assist team members in all other functions as assigned by management
- Contact borrowers and agent to schedule loan closing as aReal Estate Paralegal Processor
- Assist borrowers and agents with questions related to loan closing
- Real Estate Paralegal Processor must comply with all security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of customer NPPI (Non-public personal information) , the company’s information and assets.
Salary and Benefits of the Real Estate Paralegal Processor position:
- Salary $55,000- 90,000/yr. Depending on Experience
- Partial Remote and Possible Full Remote Opportunity
- Full Time position minimum 40 hours per week

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal Processor position:
- Customer service-oriented and professional. Proven tenure preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience performing escrow and title duties
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
- Experience using the MS Office suite and industry software.
- Demonstrated mastery of multi-tasking effectively, particularly in fast-paced and high volume situations
- Notary or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment and effectiveness in the delivery of and focus on customer service to drive value
